All during August kids ages grades K-6th can score free haircuts at any JCP saloon! I have heard that you need to ask when you go it to be sure the shampoo and style are free as well, often they try to charge for those so you may want to skip those. SO for those who are lucky enough to have a JCPenney's Salon, take them up on this offer!!!
