Go to Pretty Woman USA site and register for FREE sample of their nail products.
Fill out the form and make sure to check the “Send Me Free Samples and Sale Info” box.
Sample offer is advertised on their Facebook page. They are saying the site is down for a bit due to traffic, my advice is try it and if you have a problem check back in 30 minutes or so. I was able to sign up on the first page but when I hit "Continue" it failed on me, so I am going to check back in a bit myself.
